AAI Nationwide is the main tenant and owner of this project.  Not only was BuildEx in charge of construction of the building but our infrastructure experience set us apart.  The site was an EPA declared contaminated site.  Years of neglect has caused the soil to have Benzene levels exceedingly high.  BuildEx had to work hand in hand with the remediation engineers to ensure that during construction, no contaminates posed a threat.  In the end, we have a beautiful new building that renews the surrounding area.  We can be the general contractor for your next project.
